Most of us drink water and some days lots of water as we are being persuaded by people around us  saying, "you have that headache because you don't have enough water!" etc the problem could be We don't use the water in the right way, we drink while eating or we just drink very cold water just after a meal. Water should be used in a right way to rip its benefits:

Try this therapy;

In the Morning
Drink 1 to 1.5 litre (1000mls-1500mls) of water before eating anything. This water is to be taken within few minutes so that your stomach becomes full, this will awaken your digestive system which will make u go to the bathroom for a number two. Then you can continue with your normal activities. Take your breakfast 45 to 60 minutes after drinking the morning water.

Before lunch hour
After drinking that huge amount of water you will be going to the bathroom frequently having a clear urine until about five hours later you will notice some color in the urine. When you notice the change in  urine color it is the time for another water intake, Now Drink 500mls-750mls of water.

After Lunch
After or during your lunch don't drink water, Stay up to two hours letter after taking your meal then drink more water (500-750mils).

At Night
Just drink a moderate amount of water, don't take your water with a meal.

While drinking water in this manner you will experience the following:

• Your digestive system will be awakened in the morning causing a reaction forcing food down the Digestive truck to be expelled to avoid further fermentation of the food in your gut which could result to over population of bacteria in your gut and inflammation.

4.Face contouring
You can't choose where the fat goes in you body so you might have your fat deposits in your booty(good for you) but some might go to your face and add some volume and make your face look rounder and some double chin action might happen. 5.Hide some areas and flaunt others

If the guy only sees you on week days and He seems not to be available during the weekends it means He might be with somebody else during the weekends. You don't want to be that part time woman.

3. He freaks out when you touch his phone
If the guy freaks out any moment it looks like you want to touch his phone just know that there is something fishy going on.


4.His answers are always "maybe"
When your man cant give you straight answers when you plan about something just kno that He is seeing another woman. When you are planning on doing something together He says maybe in order to be open for other options, if the other woman says No to him thats when he will say Yes to you.

5.You always accuse him of seeing other women
If you smell a rat there might be a rat, a woman's intuition is the sixth sense that works accurately. If you always suspect him to be unfaithful He is probably unfaithful.

There is a reason and season for every matter on earth.

The first time I read such a statement I didn't know what it meant but now almost ten years letter I understand what it means.

When we were just teenagers most of us believed in people, believed in a better future without considering the fact that anything can happen and change all that.

What we go though shapes us, Sometimes its the bad thing that makes us better people.
What ever happens life goes on, the world wont stop even for a second to wait for you. When you make mistakes pick yourself up and move on you might end up in the right spot just because you made that mistake.

We fall in love with wrong people who end up hurting us so deeply that the wounds in our hurts don't get healed in time and sometimes we walk around with the scars or wounds that never fully healed.

If you have ever been hurt look at the positive side of what happened to you, you are stronger than you thought you were: the pain didn't destroy you completely because someone else went through the same pain and committed suicide and some one out there just lost there lives as a result of the shock.

The time you made that mistake,the times you were hurt and the times you felt so low are the times that made you grow.

Let's be grateful in what ever situation.
