Most of us drink water and some days lots of water as we are being persuaded by people around us saying, "you have that headache because you don't have enough water!" etc the problem could be We don't use the water in the right way, we drink while eating or we just drink very cold water just after a meal. Try this therapy;
In the Morning
Drink 1 to 1.5 litre (1000mls-1500mls) of water before eating anything. This water is to be taken within few minutes so that your stomach becomes full, this will awaken your digestive system which will make u go to the bathroom for a number two. Then you can continue with your normal activities. Take your breakfast 45 to 60 minutes after drinking the morning water.
Before lunch hour
After drinking that huge amount of water you will be going to the bathroom frequently having a clear urine until about five hours later you will notice some color in the urine. When you notice the change in urine color it is the time for another water intake, Now Drink 500mls-750mls of water.
After Lunch
After or during your lunch don't drink water, Stay up to two hours letter after taking your meal then drink more water (500-750mils).
At Night
