If you have a few extra pounds or a lot of extra weight there are things that you need to do so as to hide some of the excess weight, when you want to of course...
1. Posture
the way you carry yourself around be careful with the way you stand or sit because most of the time when you look rested(or leaning),when you are not standing straight is when the fat starts showing!!
Maintain a straighter posture.
2. Dark colors
Most of us just don't know what happens with that little black dress it just looks great, ahaa that is the power of the dark colors black being the darkest. Wearing dark colored clothes makes hard for more light to rich some parts of your body so some weight can not be seen, we only see what reflects the light at a certain wavelength.
You will look skinnier with darker colors.
3. Try some heels
you might not be a big fan of high heeled shoes but they are good for hiding some weight, if you want to perfect your outfit for an occasion add them heels. The high heeled shoe adds some inches to your total body height hence the ratio of your weight to your height is altered by the way you aoppear, this makes you appear slimmer.
4.Face contouring
You can't choose where the fat goes in you body so you might have your fat deposits in your booty(good for you) but some might go to your face and add some volume and make your face look rounder and some double chin action might happen. You can make you face appear slimmer by adding some dimensions through contouring.
5.Hide some areas and flaunt others
Areas such as belly fat are not flattering, these can be hidden by wearing loose clothes around that area, you can hide your tummy using a loose top and show your butt/curves with a tighter lower body clothing.
6. Avoid showing too much skin
In order for you to feel comfortable just give more room for imagination, don't put everything out there. You can show those great legs and hide the rest
